As far as the smell test borges is talking about and the fact that UCONN's "good wins" were all pre February, pretty sure I read that the committee also has said that it no longer considers when you win or lose games so the 3-7 in the last 10 needs to be weighed equally against the earlier wins.

completely agree--unless we win the two and then loose to depaul or w.e in the first round of BE tourny, at that point we ban outselves from the tourny

But the NCAA would get wind of it, and ban us from banning ourselves until they can deliberate for 3 weeks on whether to ban us and whether we can or cannot ban ourselves from before or after their ban

Plus, you need to look at the other teams that Uconn is being compared to. There are a lot of bad losses among those teams very few top 50 wins during the entire season never mind pre February. A win tomorrow for us would go a long way to easing the pressure. If we do win then sit back and see how all these others do before the weekend games.
