I set up a private group on Yahoo Fantasy sports. It is straight picks, not confidence points.

Then select Accept an Invitation to join group

From there create the name of your picks (for familiarity sake I'd suggest going with your BY handle, but that's your call), and you can enter/change your picks anytime before kickoff. Feel free to pass along to anyone else who may be interested.
