Boeheim should just shut up. Every time he opens his mouth he sounds more and more like the crazy neighbor who wants everyone to keep off his lawn. He knows there is a huge difference between how the Big East acted and sneaking away while stabbing your conference mates of 30 years in the back. I've lost a tremendous amount of respect for the guy as he tries to re-write history...

Yeah, I don't want to hear squat from Boeheim. I understand why SU and Pitt left. I don't like the way they did it. The other schools should not have been uninformed on the matter.

It really is sad imo. The guy is being squeezed by his President to be the University spokesperson and it is obvious to me he is not comfortable being the talking head for this situation. His first statements were genuine and quite different than these recent statements. He most likely had discussions with Syracuse powers and they laid it on the line for him. And now his loyalty to his school is forcing him to say and do things that are not his complete truth.

IMO he should tell the President to fight his own battles.
