He's a little bigger and stronger than Bazz I think but he's also much more inconsistent. Too bad for Bazz maybe he'll get to show who's better in the NCAA tourney this year...........or not!!!
According to newspaper reports here in PR, Shabazz was set to make the team, but suffered a minor leg injury and has already left the Island. From all reports, he looked good in practice and will have other chances to make the team in the future.
As far as Rosario making the team, this is mostly a "B" version of the team and definiteley not the one that will be playing for a spot in the Olympics in July. I doubt he will be part of that team.

The article in the original post has been updated with that information also. So Bazz would have made the team.
UConn guard Shabazz Napier was impressive at the tryouts and was offered a spot on the team but felt discomfort in his right foot (which bothered him last season). He opted to return home to see his doctors so as not to jeopardize the college season instead of accepting a spot on the team, according to the UConn sports information office.
