Did anyone see Todd McShay's latest mock draft? He has Blidi Wreh going 23rd overall to the Minnesota Vikings.

Minnesota Vikings
Record: 10-6
Blidi Wreh-Wilson, CB, Connecticut
Minnesota has options here, and a big receiver like California's Keenan Allen might make sense. However, Wreh-Wilson is a value pick at a key position and the Vikings need another talented young corner to go with Chris Cook and Josh Robinson. Wreh-Wilson is one of the most underrated prospects in the class. He plays under control, has good speed and excellent balance, and also supports the run well.

He is also #20 on the overall "Big Board". Obviously this will change but its great to see a UConn player this high on the board. Go Huskies!!!!

Very cool. Wreh-Wilson has been one of my favorite Huskies in a long time and has always shown a great amount of leadership. Whenever he talks on camera I think you get an idea that he has a really good head on his shoulders. I hope he does great at the next level.

His last two years here he has had nagging minor injuries that have affected his overall impact on the team but overall I thought he was more talented than Darius Butler. I'm really not shocked to see him rising up draft boards like this.

Blidi, has the size of a big NFL corner, I think many scouts see a ton of potential in that, he he does well at the combine I can easily see him going the in late 1st, early 2nd round

"has ... excellent balance". Love that quote. Never met a good soccer player that did not have great balance. Looks like his first sport is going to literally pay off with his second sport.

I hope that happens. It could make Keenan Allen or Cordarelle Patterson drop to the Patriots if the Vikes go CB.

What Seattle is doing with big CBs will certainly help BWW (or BBW I should say) since it is such a copycat league.

Most draft boards have him just inside the top 100.

Everything will change again after the combine.

It's one mock. One I saw has him basically last pick in 2nd round and two others have him in 4th.

So who knows. Combine and team workouts will sort it out on next 2 months.

Geno Smith first QB taken? Is he that good or a weak QB class?

Mayock has him going in the second or early third. Like someone else said before. He has the size that teams are looking for at the next level.

I think it's either going to be BWW or Kahseem Greene from Rutgers. Scouts are all over the place on him too, but I'd have to think with a strong combine/interviews he'll cement his spot in the 2nd round. Pugh from Syracuse is a dark horse early 2nd rounder if there is a run on tackles.

What a strange draft. I can't remember scouts and draftniks being as varied this close to the combine. Many examples of a player projected in the top 5 in some mocks and in the low 20s in others. We'll see what shakes out after this week. Great value from 15-30 this year, not much of a drop-off in talent.
