Turning up the heat on all the characters should be great - they just need to mix in a little introspection, particularly for Wendy. Axe can be a sociopath with no repercussions, but even Chuck at some point has to have more of a reckoning with his own misdeeds than 'just' hyper-aggressive dominatrixi beating the crap out of him.
