The idea that the ACC would be looking to backfill with some sort of basketball only contingent consisting of random Big East teams is incredibly laughable- people need to get it in their heads that BE schools have little to no national following or appeal from a television standpoint in addition to not playing football. The league would need more football inventory with teams that have a someone reasonable argument that they could be successful by moving up to the P5 in the long term.
