They're completely out of the playoff picture without outside help. Even amongst the 1-loss conference champs they're screwed. The WVU win over Turtle and ISU beating UMD are two more nails in the coffin. ECU beating VT at Blacksburg makes the OSU loss to VT look even worse.

I think FSU makes it in from the ACC. They have a ton of street cred and they'll run the table in the ACC. A 1-loss FSU conference champ beats out a 1-loss SEC team that isn't a conference champ.

B1G is the odd league out.

I think Ohio State and Michigan State are good teams. I thought Wisconsing looked real good till they fell apart against LSU. That said, they are all tier below playoff quality.

Yeah they have a couple of good teams. Some will end up with good records playing each other. The league stinks relative to it's peers and is awful to watch to boot.

I can't wait for Delany to tell us you can't judge teams on three weeks. It means it's only 7 more days until he says you can't judge based on 4.

I think Bama is the riskiest of the four. I'm keeping an eye on LSU. They have a monter, experienced OLine.
