In full disclosure, I've got a handful of non-felony priors. Your typical bar brawls, Yankee stadium fights, run of the mill stuff in my early 20's. Throw in the underage drinking rap back in 1988 and there's not a shot in I bail out for 5K.

However, I'd like to thank God and Coach Saban for this tremendous opportunity. I'm hoping they'll both look past the fact that I'm 42, have my own business to run and will most likely test positive for cannabis unless given 48 hours notice.

Other than that and 5 previous shoulder surgeries, I'm looking forward to camp and proving I deserve the salary Alabama will be paying me.
