I use Massey which also is not perfect but at least makes sense vs. RPI. The PAC-12 has all 12 of its teams in the top 70 of 361 teams, Next is the SEC with 12 of 14, then ACC 12/15, Big12 9/10, Big10 10/14 and then BigEast with 6 of 11 schools in the top 70. Of interest on the screen shot is the games already played SoS (strength of schedule) and SSF (strength of all games played and to be played).
