* - There was a tie, which included an 11th individual for the Preseason All-Big 12 Team.

Honorable Mention (listed alphabetically by school)
Te’a Cooper (Baylor), DiDi Richards (Baylor), Ashley Joens (Iowa State), Rachel Ranke (K-State), Kianna Ray (TCU), Charli Collier (Texas), Lashann Higgs (Texas), Chrislyn Carr (Texas Tech), Kari Niblack (West Virginia) and Madisen Smith (West Virginia).

I think Te'a Cooper is going to be the Big 12 newcomer of the year for every other team, but Baylor. She's going to wreak havoc on the Bears, on the court and off of it. She's subtraction by addition

For all the naysayers that said t’ea is bad for Baylor! I honestly think she’s playing way better than Ty Harris is. 23BA1497-AEE4-4557-B96F-344466681186.png

Dude. Baylor has played exactly no one. Let's at least slow your roll until Baylor plays someone other than the Little Sisters of the Poor and Downtrodden.
Okay well she’s still doing well! we’ll see how well she does against USF on Tuesday our first ranked opponent. I believe that when Baylor plays South Carolina later this month, she’ll be way better than Ty Harris.

I wouldn't put much stock in the USF game. They're not that great. They just barely beat a Texas team that, almost literally, never showed up.

But at least I give Karen credit for playing on the road against a team with a pulse. As opposed to coaches who insult their fans by loading up on home games against creampuffs like New Hampshire and Houston Baptist.
