I think this has some legs. The sticking point would be Texas and LHN, but Scott creating a regional network could accomodate all parties...

Time is of the essence - if you are Larry Scott you do not wait for the season to end. BTW, this is good news for the Big East. Kansas, K-State and Missouri will need a home. So too will Iowa State and Baylor, but not sure if I am Big East I care, depending on what happens with SEC, B1G and ACC...

If 14-16 schools are going to become the standard for a conference size, the Big XII is done. I feel bad for Iowa State, primarily. Very good school, but really suffered in the athletic department.
