Who gets to decide the membership of the 6th conference? Anybody left out of that can then sue. This is invitation-only.

I agree with the P6 part. For the record, a P6 will never happen. However, we want the threat of one to frighten enough P5 commissioners and school Presidents to act. A conference of UCONN, BYU, Boise, UCF, Cincinnati, ECU, Fresno, Houston, USF, etc isn't God awful. Get the right PR guy behind it and sell some ice to eskimos and hope for a few nervous P5 commissioners afraid of losing some money and/or marketshare. P5 conferences will expand with G5 schools before a P6 is ever formed.

No lawsuits...yet. I'd say if we're no closer to a P5 conference by 2020, then out come the major lawsuits. Need to finance our athletic programs somehow.
