Are they trying to tell us something by putting the punter on the cover?

So I am wondering why it is Shane Day always seemed so damn familiar to me. And I read his bio and I see that we were classmates. Weird.

Exactly, that's pretty bad. I can only guess they were going offense-defense-special teams. It's embarrassing.

That is pretty bad. It's a small thing that in the end probably doesn't mean much, but would it have killed them to put Whitmer on there instead of Wagner?

I don't know folks, I guess it's an"earn" kind of thing for the cover. Smallwood earned it, excellent in the middle of the D against both pass and run.

When in possession of the ball, McCombs, was our best ground gainer on O, so I guess deserving, and our most successful method of advancing the ball through the air when we had possession, was the punt - so there you have it.

Needless to say, but I will write it anyway - I'd prefer that we find better ways to advance the ball when we've got possession, sooner than later.

LOL. That almost sounds as if they are responding directly to this thread. If they are, and are still reading:

Don't ever feature your punter on any kind of promotional material. Like, ever.

You're welcome.

Not the first time...

Like clockwork. If Pasqualoni took a dump on the sideline would you make up an excuse for it?

Did I defend it? How does that have any freaking thing to do w/ Pasqualoni? You're a joke some days Zoo. Huge reach even for you.

You were trying to. It was pretty tepid.

... and to answer your original question, it would depend on who's shoes it was on. I think it would be more likely to occur in the showers though.

I guess we better be content with a solid punting unit again. Lord knows we'll probably wear out Cole Wagner's foot again.

It's all Edsall's fault though.
