Best way to access Big East tickets you've purchased

Not sure if anyone else encountered this problem

I could not view my tickets on my phone in Google Pay. I tried several times. Google told me to download the new Google Pay app, still nothing

I called MSG, they said the best way to use my tickets was through their MSG App. I downloaded their app, logged in using ticketmaster sign in, the tickets with barcodes are on my phone

Maybe I can save someone else 90 minutes of wasted time

I’m using an iPhone and the tickets are on my Ticketmaster App. Gotta click a link to view the ticket barcodes.

Had the same issue yesterday. For some reason I needed a second google pay app download (had one for football tickets) and now have two icons to launch the app. One has only BET tickets, the other everything else
