One thing I will always give Ollie credit for, even though he wouldn’t have done it w/o Bazz and the players, is that he was a great motivator and he was a big part of motivating his boy Bazz and the team to a championship. Ollie had a fire energy his first year here and then flamed out after the success. Another real life example that mindset is everything but also it must be consistent and maintained!
