(aside from it being over) Is that Geno should have their attention now. Fault the refs, blame lack of focus, losing their composure, whatever, but it was a hostile environment that UCONN came away with a win, but it really shouldn't have been that close.

Duke used to have the best floppers in the game. That ship has sailed down to Waco big time. But the team stepped up when they had to and finished the game off. So impressed with Jefferson and Stokes especially, but everyone really had good moments. And of course some really bad moments, but at least this is something Geno can point to and say "here's what we did well, here's where we need to improve, and here's how we need to react when the other team does what Baylor did"...

Offensive execution.

Conditioning.

Adjusting to the officiating.

At least these 3 things can be improved.

Best thing about this win is beating a team that was protecting a streak and UConn broke it in a hostile environment. That is going to be huge down the road. I believe it would be a 20 point win on a neutral court.

This game had an NCAA Tournament Atmosphere and that's what the team will face if they end up in either Louisville or Notre Dame. I'm excluding Stanford as can't see how UConn gets sent there. Stanford will be a #1 seed.

A win under adverse conditions, officiating - poor shooting - hostile crowd - good defense, is a plus. Preparation for tournament time.

Not to mention down a key bench player who typically plays a lot.
