Best team performance so far?

#2 nationally is respect. But they weren’t exactly clicking against Georgetown. What is UConn’s best game performance-wise this season?

Probably Illinois. Led basically wire to wire and not seriously threatened in the second half against a top 15 team.

The Xavier 1st half is the thing I cling to most.
I remember seeing Isaiah Thomas (Zeke) dunk once so I knew he was capable of it.

As weird as it might sound to some considering we wanted a blowout, I’d say at Providence. I justify that by saying all the starters had good games in the same game. Personally, I don’t think defense was as bad as others on here thought it was. I think Providence was just riding the energy and also played an awesome game. Our bench guys could’ve contributed more (outside of Stewart, who had a super ballsy game despite little box score evidence). Also, Providence simply isn’t as bad a team overall as some think. So, that was a great team performance and a great win in my book. Certainly the most entertaining game of the season for me as a spectator… so far.

Illinois and Florida were up there too, in my opinion, but I hesitate to choose a game that didn’t have Tarris and/or Braylon fully worked in.
