Things like motion offense teaches players common basketball IQ skills they can take with them everywhere to succeed. Any coach that doesn’t teach their players that is doing them a huge disservice. I know we hate Cal but that’s part of the reason his players are so well prepared for the NBA, because all he runs is motion iso offense with those kind of sets.
