It's a little confusing because UConn's 9th place ranking is based upon the percentage of total draftees that played 300 games. UConn is 4th in players drafted and tied for 3rd for players that have played more than 300 games during that time period.
 
What they are really measuring is most players drafted between 1999-2009 RANKED BY rotation player effectiveness ratio. Which is meaningless to everyone. Would be much better to rank by pure number of rotation players.
