Best coaching conference?

Which conference has the best coaches in the country, as of this moment? I think the Big East is hard to beat.
Dan Hurley, Smart, Miller, Pitino and even the lower tier teams have proven, great, D1 coaches (Matta, Cooley).

The BE has always boasted legendary coaches.

Any better conference right now?

I think Big East has best coaches of any conference. Second would be SEC which has a number of recognizable names:
Cal, Pearl, Barnes, Oats, Beard, Jans, et al
