Watched last season & enjoyed it. This season they've added Ashley Judd to the cast so it's must see tv. The story line is great. Last season they focused on the Daniel character. This season it is more balanced thusfar.

So you think I can just jump to season 2 episode 1 ?
 
Go for it. Just know that the Stephen Frost character is the deposed former head of Berlin Station & Ashley Judd's character is his replacement. The reason that he was fired was because the Hector DeJean character was a supposed mole in the agency. The Daniel Character was brought in to expose the mole.
 
I have watched the 2nd season so far and I am enjoying it (without seeing the 1st season). Its entertaining.
