The 65-year-old coach made the announcement Tuesday, ending a 34-year stint at Bentley in which she compiled a 901-200 record. Her retirement will become effective on July 31.

Congratulations coach Stevens on a successful and rewarding career. You mentored and influenced many young women along the way that were just entering adulthood, and preparing for life after basketball. They were ready because of the time they spent with you and your program. Job well done!!! Enjoy your retirement coach Stevens. :)
