If he doesn't stick with an NFL team, I'd be shocked if he didn't end up playing there. Their rosters aren't as big, but he's a Canadian who played high level Division I FBS football. They have to have a certain number of Canadian players, or well they limit the number of "imports" on the roster which means the most guys like Joseph have a hug advantage in making a CFL roster.
