With everything going on and I know we all have had up and down days, I wanted to share an initiative in Canada that is important to me. Many BYers have talked about the important of mental health which is why I thought I'd share this. Bell Canada (a carrier here) has a mental health initiative they do every year call LetsTalk. Through social media (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) they're donating 5 cents for every interaction. I've included the link that talks more below. I know it's caught the attention of media personalities like Ellen Degeneres and thought it would be cool to share the idea here. Mental health for everyone is so important. Anything to spread awareness through hashtags today through social media channels everyone uses would be really appreciated.
