It was such fun seeing and listening to a group of savvy, energetiic, self-aware young reporters. I know that many on this board miss The Horde and pine for the old days, but I for one am grateful for some fresh takes. It also was refreshing to not have every other question involve a comparison to players or teams of yesteryear. I often cringe during post-game interviews when the old-timers ask players about things that happened before they were born. Having followed the program since 1994 I yield to no one in my appreciation for teams gone by, but think that living in the present is a good thing, and is the kindest way to relate to the current team and the reporters who cover it.
