1. Shnitty conference aside, this game will go down among UConn's biggest and best league tourney wins.
2. We now know the true meaning of the phrase 'Survive and advance.'
3. The buzz is all about Jalen now, and deservedly so. But we can't overlook DHam's 32 points, 12 boards and 8 assist performance. He came within 2 assists of a triple double in the biggest game of the year.
4. I can't believe they only have Amida credited with 5 blocks. Seemed like he blocked everything they threw up in the paint in the 2nd half.
5. 3 blocks and 8 boards for Adams? What's he think he is, a 4?
6. The last 40 minutes of the game was better than any game I've seen in quite a while. The last 20 was just incredible. Kind of reminded me of that HS game earlier this week, with all the buzzer beaters and drama.
7. It sure seemed to me like Caupin made a lot more than 4 threes and never missed. But he was 4 of 9 from three, and both teams shot an identical 38.5% from three.
8. Bazz must've really enjoyed it, as much as he loved OT when he was here.
