No official invitations have been issued....but still endorsing expanding by six teams to a 12-team football model... Confirmed $10 million exit fee, triggered by one of specific set of new members agreeing to join league. Did not say which new members those are…
Regarding Big 12 Mizzou situation: ….not going to pause on the Missouri situation because it might not be resolved for awhile.
Says Big East is designing a plan to help league retain its automatic qualifying BCS status after current cycle ends after 2013 season. OK – good to know….

I liked the line about Notre Dame being the most committed to the Big East and excited about the 12 team FB league. Even money they've already negotiated a provision that permits ND to bump one of the participants out of the BE Championship Game if they have a record of 6-6 or better.

If they are so committed to the BE and excited about the 12 team FB league, then join it. Otherwise, it's patronizing BS so they should shut the hell up.
