If you were wondering why Castle and Clingan are going to be drafted, this would be a decent example.
The 2005-2006 season where Gay and co. yawned them out against George MasonTry to find me a better 350 days in program history.
I was just looking it up because I didn't think those numbers are right. I remember when Georgetown miraculously won the BET in 2021 they broke the tie with UConn.Where are you getting those numbers for BE Tourney Champs? It should be:
8 - Gtown
7 - UConn
6 - Nova
5 - Syracuse
3 - Seton Hall, St John's, Louisville
2 - PC, Pitt, BC
1 - WVU, Marquette
They would have gotten drafted playing for Incarnate Word

I don't think his regular season titles #'s are accurate either.
Someone needs to update the respective Wikipedia team pages then, that’s where I got the numbers. Altho on second look maybe they are including other conference titles along with the BE. UConn’s page specifies BE or Yankee….I was just looking it up because I didn't think those numbers are right. When we joined the aac I could have sworn we were tied with cuse for regular season titles and gtown for tourney titles but that was over 10 years ago so I thought I misremembered

Nope. I’ll keep saying 40 minutes of hell and keep the pedal to the metal.Quadrants don't matter to us anymore
And they were gracious enough to step aside and let us take our rightful place atop the BE hierarchyVillanova was a huge benefactor of UConn’s move to the ACC. They did a good job of keeping our seat warm for us.
Villanova won 6 of its regular season Ch'ships while we were in the AACBE Regular Season Champs:
14- Nova
11- UConn / Gtown
10- Cuse
BE Tourney Champs:

yes, we know, but we were only good for 1 or 2 of those seasons anyways. those nova teams would have rolled us. but the fact that we still just tied them at 11, even with that absence, makes it even more impressive.Villanova won 6 of its regular season Ch'ships while we were in the AAC
