Overall point- BCU is so inferior to us

WE ARE DOOMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You may be confused. Eating turkey is the tradition at this time of year.I hope we beat them like baby seals- but I will be on a plane to Istanbul.
WE ARE DOOMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please don't a$$bang the mojo with cockiness!
You new here? That's Deepster, bro.Because, as Fishy knows only too well, when you a$$bang the mojo, the mojo a$$bangs you.
IIRC that was Fishy's hanging tagline. Deep did sentence him though. You new here? That's Deepster, bro.
I am all for cooler heads prevailing but let's be clear while there was a lot of mutual disrespect off the court it was not a rivalry on the court with one team winning 28 of 31 games. I remember being at a function and a questioner made the mistake of using the team "rivalry" with Calhoun and he totally went off about how can it be a rivalry with us beating BC 22 times in a row, etc
Of course I know he always got jacked up due to BC not interviewing him when they had a head coach vacancy even after his success at Northeastern. Also being an Irish Catholic guy from Boston just rubbed salt in the wounds.
Al SkinnerI did not know BC had the chance to have Calhoun coach them and blinked.
Let's hope that the Curse of the Calhouno lasts more than 86 years.
I do know that they have had a team since 1904 and never won an NCAA or NIT Championship. They made the Elite Eight twice in 1963 and 1982. They made the NIT semi-finals in 1987-1988, ------- but lost to UCONN!
Jim O'Brien led them to the ACC finals and the Sweet Sixteen in 2005-06. Of, course UCONN lost to George Mason in the Elite Eight that year. Soon after, Jim O'Brien, like UCONN, sued BC.
You still don't.I did not know BC had the chance to have Calhoun coach them and blinked.
Jim O'Brien was fired in 97, IIRC. Didn't they go to the Elite 8 in '94 (lost the Da Meat hook and Florida) or just the Sweet 16?I did not know BC had the chance to have Calhoun coach them and blinked.

@franfraschilla: Watching UConn at practice and on tape, just a matter of time before 7-0 frosh Brimah in starting lineup. Has to stay out of foul trouble.
Good luck with your surgery!I hate missing UConn games, and this one, given the history, is a pretty big deal. But on Thursday, I'll be in Yale NH for my 4th eye surgery in as many months. Still not sure what time they'll do the surgery, but if it's early enough, maybe I can watch it on the phone (since I will be in face down mode after the surgery).
