Noticed that on the tube the other night. It would make much more sense to have UConn/BCU at Fenway. It would certainly improve the gate and regional interest. But my guess is that BCU will do nothing to help raise the Huskies profile. So we play in Nut Hill.

Maybe we should pursue playing Northeastern or URI or Providence at Fenway. And while we're at it, why not St John's at Yankee Stadium. Any of those options would still be a circle the date on your calendar event.

Providence doesn’t play baseball and hasn’t for years now so that for sure is off the table. College baseball doesn’t draw enough gate to warrant doing many of these big league parks…they can’t even come close to making double A parks remotely crowded

Providence dropped baseball years ago. The BCU game was part of the Frates ALS program the Red Sox champion. Because he went to BC, that was their in.

The baseball beanpot was a few weeks ago. BC doesn't care about New England sports. FSG won't sanction a UConn baseball game unless it can semi break even. If Uconn wanted to play in a major league park, the Mets might be the best bet.
