Looking at the NET rankings there appears to be a lot of good but inconsistent teams on both sides of that magic No 16.

Mich. MD, Tenn, Ariz, LSU, NDame, Ind & Iowa to name several. yeah, it's the NET only, but NET is the only rating system mentioned in the P&P's.
There is no way to predict what is going to happen in the conference tournaments in the B1G and the B12. What's critical for these teams is to host the 1st 2 rounds. 5 seeds end up playing 4 seeds as a road game. Look at these standings. If Iowa beats Mich the Wolverines could find themselves sliding to a 3 seed. going into the B1GT
