What's the end game?

The NCAA out of basketball, tourney revenue goes directly to the Superconferences who invite (out of their goodwill) midmajors to the party to keep some of the magic.

The NCAA makes more than $700 million a year in revenues from the tournament. Only $300 million of this is used to host championships. The rest goes into compliance. Once the superconferences shred the rulebook (with the SEC rewriting the new one) compliance expenditures will be reduced to about $832,451.12.

Schools like Louisville, UConn and Duke will not be left out of the mix. I have questions about Cincy and Wake Forest, but they may make it too.
