I'm not at all sold on the Big 12 schools that are left with Texas and Oklahoma leaving that's why it's important that the Big 12 is incredibly proactive while UConn is incredibly proactive.  Sell the other programs in the ACC on why they have to join the Big 12.  Get them on board with joining Clemson, FSU and the others on breaking up the ACC.  If Big 12 really wants to be the third power conference they have to add the remaining schools like UConn, Pitt, Duke, Cuse, Louisville.

I hate all of this but it's the way it is.
