Don't be misled by Paige's soft toss there. Her form was excellent, reminding me that she's actually got a strong throwing arm. I've watched her throw what I believe to be nerf balls they dish out to fans after games at the XL Center, and she easily fires them well up into the crowd... best arm on the team the past couple of years, at least amongst those I've seen.

A member of the Washington Spirit, Croix Bethune, also an Olympic squad alternate, tore her meniscus throwing out the first pitch at the Nats game the other night.

I was thinking some Boneyard members would blow up about Aubrey doing this.
