I did see one that was broken not long after it’s installation though. Werner makes a pretty good ladder in general but their mechanisms usually need to be kept oiled. I haven’t noticed a century one. If you’re having it professionally installed then pick the wider stair set. Especially if you have a central air system in the attic.
