If we've learned anything it's that there are always at least a 30K base that will come and tailgate and show their faces inside the gates for at least 15 min of game time. Expecting anything else is irrational.

Weather is particularly fickle that time of year. Temps can be anywhere from 50 to 5.

Could be 25-30,000 come to Rentschler, but only half or less leave the tailgating for the game. It probably will be fun though. Especially if we go into the game 0-11!

Serious underestimation of UCONN crowds going on in this thread. 6K??? That's a spring game crowd. Do you really think that the UCONN sidelines will have a smattering of fans mostly between the 20s and NOONE in the entire upper deck and end zones??? C'mon people. 25K will make it through the gates at some point during the game. I'm not saying they will stay in their seats or stay longer than 10 minutes, but there will be people in the upper decks and along the end zones, hence 25K.

We've actually learned only 20k showed up for Towson. So play Towson in December when 1-10 and let's see.

Last year I missed the Alabama Georgia game for that Cincinnati mess. No way I make that mistake again noooooo way.
