The star-studded Sparks are about to drop to 2-3, well behind 7-0 Minnesota.

The front courts did most of the scoring for both teams.

Tiff played less. Shoni played more and got assists.

Tiff had 3 fouls in the first 5 minutes of the game and basically sat for the rest of the half. I'm rooting for the Sparks to win a few. Don't want them getting the top pick in the draft - even tho the draft is a tad on the weaker side IMHO, there will be some definite impact players available in the top 4 picks...

It was interesting that DuMerc got into the game early and got a taste of WNBA basketball. Shoni came in and gave the Dream a "spark" (pun) a couple of times off the bench.

The Dream beat the Sparks at their own game.

DuMerc may take time to adjust, but she's really good.

If LA doesn't make the playoffs, the coach should get fired. On paper, they are a top 3-4 team for sure.
