Voted Mystics. I expect EDD will get on the court in this elimination game in front of the home crowd
 
Gonna be interesting how effective EDD can be. I suspect not, but I also wish she'd stay seated for her own sake.
 
ESPN is something else. They have a football game that is no where near ending. They had to have known this was going to happen. Watch the game on the ESPN app. A playoff game possible elimination and it's only on the app to start. Despicable.
 
My transmission began and suddenly the deuce switches over to football and tells us we can watch the WNBA game on ESPN App. What a blatant statement of disrespect for women's basketball!
 
Ummm... guys... I suspect that even a football game between Appalachian State and Middle Tennessee would draw more eyeballs than a WNBA game.
 
They scheduled the football game for 3 hours. But these days with all the stoppages games take almost 4 hours. There was pretty much no chance of WNBA coverage starting on time.

Those two schools are much higher profile than the teams actually playing (but yes, you are likely right)
 
SWAC this huh. Wash 20 -12 at quarter. Looking at possible 2 foul shots off Toliver foul on Bentley at the buzzer. EDD scoreless.

But then, they should push it down to ESPNW (Italian Serie A Soccer) or ESPNU (Womens College Volleyball).

Umm Eric - Fine but don't list the game as having a start time at 3 on ESPN2 when they know damn well the football would never finish in time. It's not that we don't know full well that even a WNBA elimination game draws lousy ratings, but don't jerk people around with BS listings. Just say it's going to be on ESPN3.

Good thing EDD plays for the Mystics. If she played for the Aces I am sure she would not play due being overly concerned about hurting herself even worse.

A reference to the ACES not playing that game? Pretty oblique. Any who, EDD looks pretty good. :)
 
Elena had about 10 forms of treatment yesterday--literally. She is gutting it out today. She is limping and in obvious pain, but the Mystics are up by 9.
 
NeNe is coming off screens and drilling threes. The deficit is 5.
 
Renee getting hot. 3-3 from 3 pt land in 3rd Q. :)

But EDD just answers with a 3.
 
Well now you're getting your revenge because the boring as hell conclusion of this blowout game has preempted the start of Seattle-Phoenix.

I am surprised 7/8 people thought the Dream would take it on the road.

The condition and effectiveness of Delle Donne was not clear, and the Mystics aren’t much without her.
