NY was up 11 at halftime, Charles having a monster game w/ 20 pts. and 7 reb. Then the 3rd quarter happened. 32-10 Dream. Ouch.

Didn't Montgomery have 6 3's in their previous game? She hit 8-13 today on her way to 30 points. 14 3's in 2 games is impressive!

86-77 Atlanta final.

Kiah Stokes, bless her heart, tried to put the ball through the glass, but had ten rebounds.

Renee's 7 treys in the second half set the league record for a half. Previous record holders: Taurasi, Bird, and Whitcomb, each with 6.

Renee is indeed 14-20 from the arc over the last 2 games. Just like the 3-point contest.

Geno would always have Kia guard an opposing team's best or hottest perimeter shooter. She wasn't guarding Montgomery when Montgomery began to go off and no adjustment was made. Instead. Kia spent much of the 3rd quarter and all of the 4th quarter on the bench. Not sure what Smith was thinking; maybe someone could shed some light. Last home game for vet players who will not be returning next year? The Liberty could have used her defense and even one of the announcers remarked at the start of the 4th quarter that we should be expecting Nurse to enter the game soon. Never happened. Odd, but then again, it's been that kind of year for the Liberty.

The team started out ok, and then the missing players, Boyd, Prince, and Rogers came back, and everything went downhill from there. Those 3 and the coach should be gone next year, none of them have helped the Liberty be a better team. Boyd is a turnover machine, most times out of control. Prince, and Rogers best days are behind them, and the coach seems to have lost the team.
