He's resurfaced, this time playing for the LA D-Fenders in the D-League along with Roscoe Smith.
If things worked out he would have been a very nice player eventually at UConn I think!
I think your right ,he was the support for a pretty big extended family if I recall correctly. He might have even saveed some lives as millions died in the Sudan.Can't hate on Majok for leaving. He needed the money. He's done very well overseas too.

Smith had a large hand in the decision making, no question about that. Was all about money though - whether Majok needed it or Smith.This is ground we've been over a hundred times.
No one suddenly decides to go pro in August.
