UConn is bad for the game? The good news about this time of year is all the attention the sport gets from casual or limited time viewers, which leads to the question at hand. This must come with the territory so please develop a thick skin, knowing we know 1+1=12 National titles while others do not.
All that said, let's watch the story line play out with what the other coaches say, how the ESPN team contrives "threats to UConn winning" and what various national and prominent regional sports writers say and write. With this years team not having any pre-season AAs, the vibe seems different to me and more respect appears to be given along this years journey. Most are in awe of Geno and the team, including our friends at VolNation, McGraws Bench and Junkieboards. They still want UConn to lose, however they also recognize their status as earned and respect what they have achieved.
Thought?
