AS/FG and TO/FG stats

I mentioned in another thread that As/FG and TO/FG might be interesting to look at on a team level since it better represents the number of Assists and Turnovers against the number of offensive sets. I did the numbers for a number of top teams and will try to post the spreadsheet below - Rk = coaches poll.
