Emailed the MTA Metro North. They say they will be running the Yankee Clipper Train direct from New Haven to stadium. Said to check back in November for more info/schedule.

This needs to be tweeted and facebooked and whatnot. Whoever was on the fence due to transportation, should now be pushed off and solidly on the, "I'm going down to the City on Nov. 8," grass.

Great news. I've used the Yankee Clipper many times and it's the easiest, no stress way to the stadium. Not wanting to drive into the South Bronx is no longer a valid excuse to hold off on buying tickets.
