Are We About To See A Willis Reed Moment

Will EDD play and can she be effective if she is? Who knows, but I doubt her injury will permit much in the way of effective heroics. A one legged Willis could hang in his normal 8 foot area, but this is far different. This should be The Dream's game and series.

As I recall, Willis didn't log too many minutes, but he did score 2 early buckets over Wilt. His biggest accomplishment was walking into the arena, which gave MSG a huge buzz.

Not an elimination game. Will not risk such a move. Washington can win with out her at home

Bone bruises can be quite serious and lead to bone loss, calcification, spurs etc. I'd be counseling EDD to call it a season.

Of course it helped that Walt Frazier scored 36 points, had 19 assists (!), 7 rebounds, and a slew of steals that were not recorded as an official stat. Clyde made or assisted on 31 of the Knicks 46 field goals.

Many consider it the greatest game 7 performance ever, but completely overshadowed by The Captain's remarkable heroics.

Sports Center. EDD will not play in tonight's game. It sounded like a close decision so I can see her possibly being ready for Sunday (if elimination game )
