Frustrating that the media will still not mention that UConn's two year average at the start of the 2012-2013 basketball season will likely be one of the highest in the country unless a transfer that resulted from their ban hurts UConn.

Great job by these student-athletes. Great scores for last year AND they won the freakin National Championship. I would also like to thank Mark Emmert and the NCAA for rewarding these very same kids with a postseason ban. What a great way to make your point.

Mark Emmert can make the mortgage payments on his 27 vacation homes from his hand-held device, but he can't figure out a way to calculate 300 APR scores in under 12 months. It's 2012 for crying out loud.

Mark Emmert can suck a .

This is purely a PR move - if it was UConn and ten other BCS programs, there is a -17.48% chance the NCAA would have applied these rules retroactively. This way they can make their statement, get a few "great job, show them academics are important!" slaps on the back, and take another jab at UConn and Calhoun.

I can just see Emmert's grin.
