I understand in Feb, this topic will be revisited. Anybody have any Faith, that a Quicker more Current reporting system will keep us in Good standing? We already got punished for falling short, wouldn't a New system start from xxx day forward anyway? Do you think we could be Eligible (13 postseason) and get a schollie back for improving? Is the UHart guy, being local, in our favor? Let the conspiracies begin-

If the NCAA has the opportunity to make an example of us, they will. I have no doubt.

I hope I'm proven wrong, but I don't have much faith. A 2013 postseason ban could set the program back 2-3 years, recruiting-wise if nothing else.

The NCAA sure seems hell bent on going beyond inconvenient punishments and wont be satisfied until they have really set the program back. A postseason ban may very well do that. I am not a litigious person by nature but if this happens it should be lawsuit time. I simply cannot wrap my brain around a new rule that would impose a punishment based on past transgressions. There is simply no way to spin that as fair.
