This exchange just popped up on Phil Pressey's twitter

@airJoben just got some inside info from @philpressey on the Alex Oriakhi recruitment. Oriakhi told Flip he wanted to go to Mizzou. he put it at 95%

Makes sense ... he said Pressey was his favorite guard prior to the start of last year.

Not sure playing with your "favorite" guard impacts your ability to make a layup

Dudes got some serious sour grapes, he'd get 35 mins a game if he stayed right here

That is, if he can watch his fouling

I saw Bradley play last summer at the pro-am, BIG dude, very raw... But definite potential

No NCAAT, no reason to stay.

As I mentioned in another thread, it will be interesting to see what he can do.

Plus, I don't think that Pressey does much "ball hugging" ;)

He doesn't want to play here and it is doubtful he would stay with no tourney ban and Drummond to the NBA. Alex is a talented player and we'll see him perform better at Mizzou or wherever he goes. Somewhere along the line JC lost confidence in Alex and Alex lost respect for JC. Alex and JC both underachieved this season.
