crowd? Not just this game either almost all HD sporting events. Much easier to hear in standard def, but I don't get SD for local channels.

It seems that anything with a lot of background noise makes it tough to hear the announcers

put a tinfoil flag on the rabbit ears.
I'm not the one with the issue. Feels like I'm in Indianapolis with my 12 year old 5.1 DD Surround Sound.

Sometimes, the Beatles sound better on vinyl.

I'd rather listen to the real noise of the game than the garbage that mainstream announcers spew. When I listen to a game I evaluate some of the things they say and wonder what it adds to the game and why it matters
