Danny and the Polar Bear Club picked the right day to take a dip. It's about 40 degrees colder today.

It's currently 13 degrees at EWR. I'm headed to Maui, where it should be 80. Much better!

I looked at the weather in Hawaii yesterday (dreaming), and yep like 80F for the next week. (low around 70) (dreaming again)

It's a balmy 74 degrees in my house. Days like this make me happy I work from home. I've grown accustomed to cold weather, but when you've got a single-digit wind chill, I'm not down with it.

This winter hasn't been too cold, yet. But, I am heading down to Cancun the end of the month. Even if it is 60 degrees here in CT, I would still rather be sitting in a beach chair, gazing out onto the Atlantic Ocean with an umbrella drink in one hand and a good book in the other. It has been over 20 years since I have had a true "relaxing" vacation. I plan to enjoy every doggone minute of it!
